Anybody interested in the early career development of Ritchie will probably enjoy this film; -
I bought it off Amazon for £5 and it was worth every penny!

No he doesn't try it on with Ritchie but of course he wasn't blond The film's scenes are based on several anecdotes recounted by Joe's house band musicians over the years. Ritchie was one of them as we know, also Chas Hodges from 'Chas and Dave' was the bass player who incidentally makes a cameo appearance in the film as a disgruntled neighboor complaining about the noise!! Justin Hawkins plays Screaming Lord Sutch :¬) Meek was extremely intense and working for him must have been very difficult which is made apparent in the film. It's definately worth watching and gives an insight into the British music industry of the 60s - where Ritchie served his apprenticeship.
